"This program was everything Ashley promised plus more.  I applied looking to be challenged and to learn all I can about the fit lifestyle.  I was tired of just going to the gym without a plan or the understanding of what it takes to not just be thin, but to be fit.  I was eating crappy food and limiting myself in the gym and confused as to why I was not making much progress.  Ashley taught me how to eat right and to push myself as far as my body can go in the gym.  Her workouts were tough, but so worth it! It is true, this program will challenge you and is not for the faint of heart, however, I learned that we are capable of so much more than we can ever imagine. This program taught me acceptance; acceptance of my body and how I see myself. It taught me confidence.  I went from hiding myself in baggy t-shirts and jogger sweatpants, to rocking a tight dress two weeks in a row.  It also taught me to push myself.  Saying no to the bad foods, eating a strict diet, and going to the gym for 6 days a week for at least an hour and a half is hard! Really hard, but I did it! And my results have shown not only my dedication to the program, but also how incredible her program is.  Ashley is so incredibly knowledgeable in the nutrition aspect and in what workouts will help shape your body to what you want it to be.  She is supportive, encouraging, and completely invested in your success.  I am so glad that I was accepted into this life changing program.  I now have the tools to make being healthy my lifestyle, which will allow me to continue to grow and improve my body and mind. "The decision to apply for Emerged Group 3 was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  Looking out towards the 12 weeks that laid ahead of me seemed treacherous and long, but in reality they were FUN and they flew by.  The workouts provided by Coach Ashley are the most challenging workouts I have ever done, and I consider myself to be pretty gym savvy already.  The meal plans also provided by her are strict, but they really work.  I have always been one to  cut carbs, eat low calories and do cardio multiple days of the week; all which never seemed to produce the results I was trying so hard to achieve.  The results I achieved after completing the 12 week program are amazing, not only do I look stronger, but I feel stronger and healthier!  I wish everyone could be a part of her program so that they can feel as good as I do right now.  If you haven't applied or are on the fence about applying, do!"

"This 12-week program was definitely a challenge for me both mentally and physically but emotionally as well. Not only were the workouts hard and demanding- they pushed me to my limits and far beyond. But, even though the workouts were killer they were so worth it. The feeling that I got everyday when I left the gym was remarkable and addicting. Although the weight training program was exceptional the meal plan was amazing as well. Ashley taught me how to create my own meals according to my proper macro intake which held me accountable for my nutrition and meal prepping. Being able to create my own meals (while sticking to my macros) was amazing because it gave me the freedom to make clean dishes while still eating the foods I love. I also believe that this meal plan was life changing for me because it helped me rethink my relationship with food. I look at food now as fuel for my body and not something I need for pleasure. Ashley has taught me the proper tools to be successful allowing me to continue to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I can't wait to keep pushing myself further and further in achieving my fitness goals. As challenging as this program was at times, it has changed my life forever and I would do it again in a heartbeat."

"1st off I'd like to say thank you!!! I didn't know this at the time but when I started this program not one single person in my life thought I'd follow through on it. So, thank you for being supportive through it all. I don't see this as being the end of the program but the beginning of just how I choose my food, my workouts, and overall just being a better me. This program isn't a fad diet or some in your face strain workout session. It is modifying your lifestyle and it’s doable! I am amazed at where my body has gone. At 32 I look and feel better than when I was 18. There were times where it wasn't easy when everyone else is eating or drinking things you can't have but when you have things prepared it’s not hard. Going back to school and working full time is stressful but I've found a great outlet in working out. I feel better afterwards and I'm not struggling with anxiety like in the past. Though we didn't talk all the time I follow you on IG and that has been motivating as well. The food program has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and I've found foods I like that I was never willing to try before."

"Your program has helped me learn so much about myself along the way. I’ll start with the food part of it. Obviously I’d learned a lot about eating and such because I needed to in order to lose the amount of weight I have to date. I was already familiar with counting macros and flexible dieting. But having the four different sets of meal plans back to back showed me exactly how my body responds. Each phase had a different response and I’m taking away from it that carb cycling is ultimately the one my body works best with. The most important thing though, is that meal prep. GOOODness does it make the world of difference. That’s something that I will continue doing forever... Next the workouts; let me tell you what, the way you have those things designed is unlike any I’ve ever seen or done. I had so much appreciation for them not being the typical “back & bi’s” and “chest & tri’s” lol. That gets boring. The thing that I feel did the most for me was the increased amount of sets and reps compared to, also the normal. That in itself has grown, shaped and defined my muscles in ways that I truly didn’t think would happen for me. Which I’m loving so much. I like muscle a whole lot more than I ever knew."

"I can't believe the results that I've seen with Ashley's program, both mentally and physically. I never was an athletic person, I was that kid that had to come out of the game and take an inhaler during my little league days. I danced in high school, but dropped out of that a few years ago due to health problems and the frustration that I just couldn't keep up. I ended up very sedentary, unhappy, and lethargic. Twelve weeks with Ashely completely changed things for me. Not only am I killing two hour workouts each day, I'm hiking, running, and dancing better than I ever have in my life. I think the best part of the program, however, is how sustainable it is. It's not some 'eat salad and fish every day for twelve weeks, get shredded, and then gain it all back in a month' program. The meals are things like tacos, pancakes, chicken bowls, etc. I completed the program a while ago, but I continue to see amazing gains at the gym. Although I'm on my own now, I use the nutrition and lifting knowledge that Ashley gave to me allows me to keep pushing myself further and further. I'm in the best shape of my life, healthier than I've ever been, and I plan to compete next year.
